House Rules

Acceptance of the House Rules

Café Oz establishments are public venues, but remain private properties. By entering our establishments, you agree to these rules and all that follows from them.

Access Conditions

Access is exclusively reserved for adult customers.
The management of the establishments has chosen to restrict access to individuals over 18 years old. A valid ID may be requested upon entry. Failure to present proof of age may result in refusal of access.
Photocopies or IDs stored on mobile phones will not be accepted.
Digital IDs will only be accepted via France Identité with a certified account.

Behavior

A correct and respectful behavior is required at all times.
The reception staff and management reserve the right to refuse entry or immediately expel any person displaying inappropriate behavior or showing a lack of respect towards other customers or staff, or engaging in harassment, shocking or inappropriate behavior, threats, intimidation, racist gestures, or any other form of aggression.

Illegal Behavior

Access will be denied to individuals in possession of or under the influence of drugs.
Drug consumption is prohibited both inside and outside the premises.
Any person found to have brought such substances will be immediately expelled and may face a ban on future access for a duration determined by the establishment’s management.
No excuses will be accepted. We practice a zero-tolerance policy.
Access will be denied to individuals in possession of weapons or any type of aerosol cans. Items that could be used as weapons will be confiscated, and if necessary, handed over to the police or gendarmerie.
The consumption of CBD is not allowed within our establishments, both indoors and on the terrace.

Dress Code

A proper attire is required.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance with the management, hooded clothing or any other items covering the face must be left in the cloakroom.
Football jerseys, tracksuits, and workwear will be systematically refused.
Shorts and bermuda shorts will be allowed during the summer months (June/July/August), provided they are clean and “dressed,” at the discretion of the reception staff or management.
Access will be denied to those who refuse to leave clothing, bags, or luggage that do not comply with the house rules.
No clothing or other items will be returned without proof of ownership.

Entry or exit is prohibited.

Bringing drinks or food into the bar is not allowed. Any person found bringing such goods into the premises will be immediately expelled.
It is strictly forbidden to engage in any form of commerce, including the distribution of promotional material, within the establishments.
Drinks and food consumed inside the premises must have been purchased from the establishment. It is strictly prohibited to leave with glasses, drinks, bottles, or any similar items purchased inside.

Alcohol

Any person excessively intoxicated with alcohol will not be allowed entry to the establishment upon arrival.
Upon leaving the establishment, breathalyzer devices are available for customers. It is advised that, in case of doubt, guests consult the staff to perform the necessary checks before resuming their vehicle.

Refusal of access

Access will be denied to individuals showing signs of excitement or aggression, or any group exhibiting signs of turbulence.
Access will be denied to individuals who have previously caused incidents or been involved in fights.
In case of misconduct or violence, the police or gendarmerie will be called to handle the situation.
Access to the premises will be denied at a later time to anyone lingering excessively (causing neighborhood disturbance, pollution, etc.) on public streets after closing hours.

Responsibility

The establishment cannot be held responsible for injuries, property damage, or any other harm caused by other visitors. Anyone caught committing damage will be prosecuted and handed over to the police.

Non-compliance with the Rules

Failure to comply with these house rules may result in exclusion.
Any violation of these rules, including personal assault, property damage, theft, or break-ins, will result in a permanent ban from the establishment and may lead to legal action.

Surveillance

A video surveillance system is installed inside the premises, in accordance with applicable standards and laws, to ensure security.
