Access conditions and internal rules of the Café OZ
Access to the facility is restricted to persons over 18 years of age, you may be asked to provide proof of identity (not a photo). Anyone wishing to enter the Café Oz premises undertakes to comply with all the clauses of these regulations.
In accordance with the law, the establishment is entirely non-smoking, with the exception of the smoking room provided for this purpose.
For security purposes, the management and security personnel reserve the right to refuse access to any person who has previously created a disturbance, has already committed a violation of these internal regulations, who shows signs of alcoholic impregnation, or a condition considered altered.
Access may also be prohibited:
- in the event of refusal or impossibility of payment of the entry fee
- when the establishment is complete
- to any person whose dress, attitude or behaviour appears questionable or threatening and thus reasonably indicates a risk of disorder within the institution
- in the event of non-compliance with these regulations
In view of the current context and in particular the Vigipirate measures, all bags, suitcases, helmets and briefcases must be deposited in the cloakroom made available to customers. Management declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of any personal effects not deposited in the cloakroom.
We inform our kind customers that it is forbidden to bring drinks and food into the establishment
All persons present in the establishment are required to respect the rules of good living and in particular to respect all the equipment made available to customers (benches, chairs, sanitary facilities, etc.).
Any person wishing to access or being in the establishment is required to follow the instructions given to them by the members of the security service in order to preserve security, calm and order.
Any person shall cooperate in monitoring compliance with the provisions of this Regulation. In case of refusal, the person or persons will be refused entry or escorted back to the exit.
Bar staff are not allowed to serve a person who is intoxicated.
Any person who is intoxicated within the institution will be asked to leave the institution and, if necessary, will be dismissed by security personnel without being entitled to a refund of their entrance fee.
