Australian, the Lille version of Café Oz

In Lille, Café Oz is known as "l'Australian", or "l'Australian Bar". It makes sense because Café Oz is an atmospheric bar with an Australian theme, an "aussie" pub as the natives of the kangaroo country might say.
This Australian pub is a must in Lille
Located since 1996 on Place Louise de Bettignies in old Lille, Café Oz Lille brings together students, afterworkers, sports fans and clubbers. A joyful cultural and generational melting pot that contributes to the "no worries" spirit that characterizes the Australian brand. The interior space is spacious, colourful and warm and immediately invites you to travel thanks to its original decoration made of wooden creations, painted Aboriginal frescoes, corrugated sheets and barrels, entirely decorated by hand. Here we decompress and celebrate!
Night birds know another version of Café Oz Lille... the clubbing version. Indeed, from Thursday to Saturday, the resident DJs and guests sit on the turntables and transform the room into a real dancefloor with big basses, stromboscope and pole dance bar:)
A fan of football, rugby or basketball?
Unless you are a fan of Australian sports such as AFL, NRL or cricket? A real sports bar, the Cafe Oz Lille team broadcasts live (and with hehe sound) the major French and international sports events. With its 3 giant high definition screens, the Australian Bar of Lille offers you the opportunity to support your favourite teams in a friendly and lively atmosphere.
On the bar side, we travel there too!
Beers imported from Australia and New Zealand, Australian wines, the must-have mojitos but also cocktail creations such as the famous Bondi Iceberg (a clever blend of gin, vodka, rum and curaçao with a zest of lemon and lemonade, really strong!) Obviously, it will take the constitution of an Australian to assume, or a rugby player as we often see on this terrace. See the drinks map
A little hungry?
If hunger pulls you in the middle of a game or just before switching to clubbing mode, no worries, like all the good spots come out, you can eat! Boards to share, sausages, cheeses, burgers, fish & chips or hot dogs, there will necessarily be enough to supply the troops!
