COVID-19 : Reopening of our establishments

Dear Ozzy Friends,
After the closure of our bars in Paris and he provinces, we have the possibility to reopen all our establishments. The gradual return to normal requires the implementation of measures to allow a resumption of activity with health safety as a primary concern.
In order to prevent risks related to VIDOC-19, we have taken all necessary measures to protect the health of our employees and those of our customers. What does this mean in concrete terms? Let's take stock.
A safe reopening of our establishments
Gestures barriers to customers
The oz tribe is thrilled to have you back! Your safety is very important to us, so a few precautions must be taken to share "ozzy" moments with you.
- Have a mask: each client must wear a mask when he arrives in the bar, and when he goes to the toilets. Wearing a mask is not mandatory at the table.
- Hand disinfection on arrival: we provide hydroalcoholic gel.
- Allocation of a table by the staff: customers are placed and then invited to stay at their tables, it is not possible to consume standing up.
- Limited movements: the direction of traffic is to be respected according to the signs indicated on the ground.
- Consultation of a virtual menu: a QR Code is to be scanned to find, without contact, the map on your mobile phone.
- Minimum distance between each table: we ensure that there is a distance of one metre between the tables of each group and that there is organised traffic within the establishments.
- Limited number of people: we accept groups of 10 people maximum.
- Contactless payment is preferred, and payment takes place directly at your table.
- Supervision by management: our teams make sure that the rules and good practices defined are respected by everyone.
Gestures barriers to employees
In times of crisis, Café Oz adapts and accompanies its employees to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Internal communication: we have distributed a precise guide with the operating procedures that must be respected by staff in each area of the establishment, hygiene rules, physical distancing and management of suspicious cases.
- Mandatory wearing of masks: each employee must wear a mask when on duty.
- Regular hand washing: for staff on the ward, one wash every hour, and every 30 minutes for staff in the kitchen (or wearing gloves).
- Distance between teams
- Spaces are ventilated daily, and fans / air conditioning are not used in enclosed spaces.
- Delivered products are cleaned in a dedicated area before entering and being stored in the facility.
- Disinfection of tables between each client.
