12 months, 12 challenges, you ready?

The year 2020 has officially begun! For many, January 1st rhymes with good resolutions. Don't worry, we're not going to ask you to climb the Everest or walk in balance at a height of 150 meters. At Café Oz, we prefer to swap the traditional resolutions for lighter challenges! Are you ready to push your limits, face your fears, and enjoy the New Year 100%?
The principle? Every month, we give you a new challenge to achieve! In total, 12 challenges to live 2020 with an "Ozzy" touch. At the beginning of each month, you will receive your new "No Worries" challenge via our newsletter.
Our advice for successfully meeting these challenges? Motivate your friends to do them too, or share your flops or successes on #CafeOz social networks.
Challenge n°1 - January: A week without alcohol
We are inspired by "Dry January" for this first challenge! Originally, it was a public health campaign to encourage people not to drink a drop of alcohol during the first month of the year. This break would allow you to sleep better, have better concentration and gain energy.
For the Ozzy Familly, one month is a little too long... So we revisit the challenge in our own way with a week without alcohol! Now that the holiday season is over, we give her body a break. An opportunity to test the truthfulness of the slogan "without alcohol, the party is crazier"? No more cocktails, beer, wine and other alcoholic aperitifs. And discover our Virgin Cocktails!
